Vehicles blocking or extending over the sidewalk is a violation of Omaha city ordinance.  Report violations to the Mayor's Hotline at 402-444-5555 or OmahaHotline.com.  Persons reporting violations will not be identified when a warning is issued.  Repeat violations are subject to fines.

Subject Line:  Trailer Parking  In Street – City Ordinance Violation

 

Parking a trailer or camper unattached to a vehicle on the street is a violation of Omaha city ordinance.   Parking a vehicle with a trailer exceeding a combined 21 feet on the street for over one hour when not loading, unloading, or about to is a violation of Omaha city ordinance. Report violations to the Mayor's Hotline at 402-444-5555 or OmahaHotline.com.  Persons reporting violations will not be identified when a warning is issued.  Repeat violations are subject to fines.

A friendly reminder to neighbors that Rambleridge Property Owners Association (RRPOA) Covenants apply to all properties and help preserve the character of our neighborhood.

 

• Chickens and other poultry are not permitted (only household pets are allowed, subject to covenant limits).
• Outbuildings and accessory structures require prior written approval from the RRPOA Architectural Committee.
